1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns for unused and undamaged products within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return:
- The item must be in its original packaging with all accessories included.
- It must be unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for returns:
- Items returned after 30 days from the delivery date.
- Products that have been used, damaged, or altered.
- Items purchased on final sale or promotional discounts.
- Gift cards or downloadable software.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, follow these steps:
- Contact Us at avi@trapx.io with your order number and reason for return.
- Our support team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) Number and return instructions.
- Ship the item back to the address provided in our response.
- Once received, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days.
4. Refund Process
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- If approved, the refund may take 3-10 business days to reflect in your account.
- Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
- If the return does not meet our policy criteria, we may deny the refund or issue a partial refund.
5. Exchanges
- If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it at no extra cost.

6. Damaged or Missing Items
- If your item arrives damaged or if there are missing components, please contact us at avi@trapx.io within 48 hours of delivery.
- We may require photos of the damaged package to file a claim with our shipping carrier.
7. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.
8. Order Cancellations
- You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund.
- If the order has already shipped, you will need to follow the return process.
