3. Taxes & Additional Fees

  • Prices listed on our website include VAT (if applicable) for orders within the EU.
  • International customers may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Any applicable transaction fees from your bank or payment provider are not covered by TrapX.

  • Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. Once shipped, the return policy applies.
  • Subscription Cancellations: If you subscribed to a service, you may cancel anytime before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.

6. Chargebacks & Dispute Resolution

  • If you believe a payment was made in error, please contact us first at avi@trapx.io before initiating a chargeback.
  • Unresolved chargebacks may result in account suspension or restricted future purchases.
